The Inn at Ragged Edge Policies
◆Prices are based upon single/double occupancy. Additional guest may be accommodated at special request for an additional $30 per person. The Lodge will sleep up to 4 people. The owners must approve arrangements for additional bedding. Also added will be a 3% county tax and 6% state tax.
◆Check in time is between 3:00 and 6:00pm. Please call if another check in time is necessary. Check out is 11:00am.
◆The Inn is not suitable for children under the age of 10.
◆Personal checks, cash, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted as methods of payment. Full payment is charged upon booking.
◆The Inn at Ragged Edge is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is allowed outside the home only.
Smoking in any room/indoor area will result in an additional $50 charge for full cleaning.
◆In consideration of other guests, we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.
◆In the very rare event of room damage, additional fees may be added at owner’s discretion following guest stay.
◆Reservations are taken via telephone or on-line/internet service.
◆Cancellations: There will be a $30.00 fee for all cancellations. If a cancellation is needed, notification must be given to The Inn at Ragged Edge at least 2 days
before the expected arrival date for a single room and at least 7 days for multiple rooms. We will need to charge full price for the room fee if cancellation is made after the above time period.
◆In addition to the front door there are 2 – exits at the rear of the foyer and at the 2nd floor landing.
◆The inn keeper’s quarters are off limits to guest.
◆No open flames, candles, lanterns, etc. is permitted inside the building.
◆Any special promotions or coupons (i.e., Living Social, Bonus Book, etc) must be used as the promotion or package was originally stated. Any balance left over from a Gift Certificate will be applied as a credit toward your next purchase from The Inn at Ragged Edge.
